I own a lot of mattes, including matte reds. This one is top-notch. Highly a pigmented, soft, smooth, so very blendable, especially for a matte. Can be used with browns for what I think of as a “dramatic natural” look, or can be used alone, or with other shades, for gorgeous “unnatural” looks. I love using it with golds, oranges, yellows, & browns. And at Christmas, greens.
Also makes a great base shade for shimmer/sparkly/frosty reds that don’t like to apply opaque.

I really like this color, that turns out a rose red on my chocolate skin. It can be worn bright or blended out to mute it, and it works well with warm- and cool-toned colors.

A very lovely red tone with slight pink undertones. When applied over Urban Decay Primer Potion the pink tones are a bit more apparant and it’s beautiful for blending into the crease. When applied wet it’s a true red and extremely opaque and smooth.

Gorgeous red, easy to use, and I have not noticed any fading. Works well with light or dark base, blending and… yeah, you can see the other reviews! No need to look for any other reds, MPZ has the best.
