This eyeshadow is a delight to use. It really is whatever (colour you wish), and gives different results depending on what you use underneath. I find it easy to blend, and amazingly versatile! On me, it becomes darker than expected, on others, lighter. Quite a delight!
A primer gives a stronger colour, but without it is perfect for a more subdued look.
